[homebody] is an interactive publication that explores the raw connections we form between our identity and childhood home. Following the same series of questions, I interviewed several peers about their childhood home and the memories they have of it. After they had time to reflect, I finished the interview with a request that they draw their childhood home for me.

Once I collected enough content, I acted as both curator and designer in this publication by developing the structure of the book and how the collection of illustrations would be displayed. For printing production, I experimented with materials such as crayons by creating scribbles and etchings at random across the page. I then printed the content on top of these sketches to allow for chance to control the final design. A secondary version of the publication allowed for the original participants to color in their drawing like a coloring book, however they desired.
